All the projects on Spanish speaking countries were very interesting. One of the best things I liked about Spain was that in most traditional areas, after lunch time at around 3pm, they have a siesta. I think that a siesta after lunch could benefit everybody.

The most interesting thing I learned from the poster projects was that across many of the Spanish speaking countries, there are many shared customs that are the same. For example, a girl's quincinera is the equivalent of an American Sweet Sixteen, however it is always a big celebration.
